Please contact Ralph if you have any questions about attending classes. Feldenkrais respects, and is suitable for all body types and abilities. You are encouraged to listen to your body and do what is best for you. No special clothes are needed.
All classes, workshops & programs include principles and pleasant and effective techniques for ongoing self-maintenance, injury prevention and injury recovery. These can become part of your daily health routine for staying flexible, active and strong.
As a follow up to the Feldenkrais workshops MP4 audio recordings of all lessons, plus a written summary, are emailed to participants.
