BALANCE, Dynamic & Harmonious

Good posture is not rigid and lifeless. It is a dynamic process as you match your intentions to your changing inner and outer worlds. In this morning of intriguing movement exercises you will develop core coordination and release of unnecessary tension to promote easy poise and equilibrium. You will learn to maintain ease in sitting, standing and walking and develop a resilient responsiveness to the rich variety of life.
