Recordings

Continue your learning in the Feldenkrais method by doing lessons from recordings in your own time at home. Practise what you’ve learnt in class or repeat certain exercises that address your own personal movement issues. And share the learning with friends/family/colleagues. Some health practitioners lend the recordings to their clients to complement their own modality.

I record most of the classes and workshops I teach and I find my students often ask to obtain copies of these recordings. These can be purchased as MP3 files, sent to you by email.
Send me an email ([email protected]) with your details and which lesson(s) you want. Pay by posting a cheque, with your details, to PO Box 37 Fitzroy VIC 3065, or by funds transfer, or by PayPal.

Price  MP3 file  $12 each

There is also a set of CDs (made in 2000) of outstanding class lessons I have selected around a special theme:

6 Primary Directions - set of 6 CDs
Clarify and improve the 6 main whole body actions that form the basis for all human actions in the physical world. Coordinate the core for dynamic back health. 6 lessons (40-45 minutes each) on 6 CDs

Price   $60, postage $15
