Feldenkrais class - Awareness through movement
Please contact Ralph if you have any questions about attending classes. Feldenkrais respects, and is suitable for all body types and abilities. You are encouraged to listen to your body and do what is best for you. Class numbers are small, giving opportunity for individual guidance (if you wish). No special clothes are needed.
All classes, workshops & programs include principles and pleasant and effective techniques for ongoing self-maintenance, injury prevention and injury recovery. These can become part of your daily health routine for staying flexible, active and strong.

Relaxing and enjoyable movement activities targeted at the needs of participants to improve and expand posture, balance, coordination and action. Aimed at general well being, injury recovery and prevention and improved performance of skills at work and leisure.
Audio recordings of all weekly class lessons are made available to participants, free of charge.
