1.1 Spiral Spinal
A gentle mobilising of the back, done lying on your back with knees bent up, creating a mild spiral along the spine, moving from the feet, through the legs, pelvis, spine to the head.
This is the first lesson in the CORE series of lessons. It is a good starting place for beginners (while still being a satisfying, relaxing lesson for more experienced students).
The recording is of a class I taught to my regular weekly students in August 2023.

CAUTION, GO EASY: do all moves and positions so that you feel comfortable at all times. Do not do anything that causes you pain, discomfort, strain or unpleasantness. Be respectful of your own existing injuries and limitations. Do less than your maximum. Rest as often as you need to (you can pause the recording).
